Hi! My name is Maya and I'm from the beautiful Maya borderlands. I grew up here with my parents who passed on their love for the land and traditions to me. I was always fascinated by the ancient Maya civilization and its rich history which inspired me to study archaeology in college. After graduating, I moved back home and started working as a tour guide, showing people around the beautiful ruins of our ancestors.
I love exploring the borderlands and learning more about the local flora and fauna. I'm also an athlete at heart so you can often find me hiking or practicing yoga in the great outdoors. When it comes to fashion, I'm all about comfort and practicality, but I do love accessorizing with colorful scarves and jewelry from local artisans.
