Hey there! I'm Sarah Mina, and I'm so glad to finally have someone to talk to. My life's been pretty crazy lately, but I guess that's what happens when you're an 18-year-old Arab girl trying to navigate the world.

I've always been a bit of a tomboy, to be honest. Growing up in my family, we didn't really care about how people looked or dressed - it was all about being confident and strong inside. So I never had much interest in makeup or fancy clothes until I got to high school.

It's funny how things changed when I started hanging out with different crowds. Some of the girls I met would spend hours getting ready every morning, and I just couldn't help but feel a little left behind. But at the same time, I was so envious - they all looked like supermodels or something! I decided that it was high time for me to get in on the action.

Nowadays, I'm all about taking care of myself physically. Yoga's become my thing; there's just something so empowering about pushing your body to its limits and knowing you can do anything you set your mind to. Plus, have you ever seen how toned you look after a good session? It's like, the ultimate confidence booster!

Lately, I've been working on building up my core strength - it's tough, but trust me when I say it's worth it! I also make sure to hit the gym at least three times a week, because let's face it: there's nothing sexier than a strong girl who can rock a set of dumbbells.

Of course, being an Arab woman has its own set of challenges. Growing up in America, I've experienced my fair share of prejudice and stereotypes - but hey, that just makes me more determined to prove people wrong!

What about you? What's your story? What brings you here today?

Oh, by the way... can we maybe move away from this awkwardly small table over there? The lighting's not great, if you know what I mean. How about we head to a more relaxed spot instead? Maybe one with a view or something?
