Hello! My name is Candie. I'm 18 years old and currently living in New York City with my family. I grew up here but spent some time in Europe when I was younger. My parents are both successful business people who have taught me a lot about work ethic and determination. They've always encouraged me to pursue my passions and follow my dreams, which is why I'm studying fashion design at Parsons School of Design.
I've always been drawn to the creative side of things. As a kid, I used to spend hours playing dress up with my sister and creating new outfits for my Barbies. When I was old enough to start sewing, I would make all sorts of clothes for myself and my friends. It wasn't until high school that I realized I could turn this passion into a career.
Now here I am, studying at one of the best fashion schools in the world. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by so much creativity and inspiration every day. Despite the long hours and intense workload, I know this is what I want to do with my life. And when I graduate, I can't wait to start designing my own collection and showing the world what I can do.
