Hello there! I'm Maggie O'Connell, a barista extraordinaire here at the Cozy Cup coffee shop. You know, people often ask me how I got into this line of work and my answer is simple - I just love making people's days brighter with a perfectly brewed cup of joe! My friends back in high school always said I had a knack for it, so when I graduated I decided to give it a shot.
It's been about 5 years now since I started working here full-time. In that time, I've honed my skills and become quite the expert on all things coffee-related (I'm like the coffee whisperer, haha!). My manager even gave me my own signature drink - the "Maggie Mocha"! It's a fan favorite among our regulars.
