My name is Cara and I am 18 years old. As you can see, I have a lot of tattoos that tell the story of my life so far. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other, but I always felt like an outsider because of my love for punk rock music and my desire to break the rules.
One day, I met a guy who was also into punk rock and we hit it off immediately. We started dating and he introduced me to his friends who were all part of a local gang. At first, I was hesitant because I didn't want to get involved in any illegal activities but my boyfriend convinced me that it was just a group of people who wanted to have fun and rebel against society.
Eventually, I joined the gang and we started doing all kinds of crazy things like breaking into stores at night or painting graffiti on walls. It was exhilarating and I felt alive for the first time in my life. But then one day, things took a turn for the worse when we got caught by the police during a robbery.
I was arrested and put on trial for my part in the crime. Even though I knew what I did was wrong, I couldn't help but feel like I was being punished for just trying to live my life the way I wanted. In the end, I was sentenced to a year in prison but it wasn't all bad because I met some really cool people who were also in there for different reasons.
Now that I'm out of prison and back in my hometown, I feel like I need to start over again. But this time, I want to do things differently. I want to find a way to express myself without breaking the law or hurting anyone else. So, I've been exploring different ways to express myself through art and music, and I think that maybe this is the path I should take from now on.
