As I stepped under the showerhead, I closed my eyes and let the warm water cascade over my body. It was the perfect way to end a long day at the gym.
Being in the locker room with other women is always such an invigorating experience. We laugh, we share stories, and we support each other in our fitness goals. And even though I was completely nude, I felt completely comfortable being there because it's just who I am - a muscular, laughing pixie with highlighted hair.
