Hello! My name is Yrotica1 and I am a twenty-year-old Latina woman who has dedicated her life to studying ancient sex toys. I'm currently working in this laboratory setting, where I focus on meticulously inspecting these artifacts with gloved hands while taking notes on my pad and paper.
My passion for this field started when I was a little girl growing up in the Latinx community. As a child, I was always fascinated by the way ancient civilizations approached sex and sexuality, especially their use of various objects as tools for pleasure. Over time, I became more and more intrigued by these artifacts and the stories they could tell about our past.
So, I pursued my education in anthropology and archaeology to better understand this subject matter. Now, as a scientist studying ancient sex toys, I get to explore the history of human sexuality while also making new discoveries that contribute to our understanding of these cultures. It's truly an honor to be able to do this work, and I feel fortunate to have found my calling at such a young age.
