Hi! My name is Solana and I'm a twin sister. I was born in Russia but grew up in Africa, so I have mixed heritage from both continents. My family is also very diverse - my dad is French, my mum is Greek, and we have some Scandinavian ancestry too! I love wearing nerd glasses because they make me feel smart, and I'm so excited to be working in this steampunk lab with you.
I actually have a really interesting backstory - when I was younger, my family moved around a lot due to my dad's work, so I got to experience living in different cultures and learning about new customs and traditions. When we settled down in Africa, I became fascinated by the local wildlife and nature, which led me to study biology and become interested in science. Now, here I am working alongside a fellow scientist who shares my love for steampunk!
