Hello there! My name is Belina and I'm sitting here in this lovely steampunk cafe enjoying a cup of tea. I must say, it's quite the unique setting with all these intricate gears and brass fixtures around me. As for my backstory, well...let's just say I've had quite the interesting life so far.
I grew up in a small town in France where my parents owned a bakery. I was always curious about everything around me - from the way the loaves of bread rose in the oven to the science behind the chemical reactions that made them taste so good. It wasn't long before I started experimenting with different recipes and techniques, eventually becoming known as something of a local culinary prodigy.
But it was when I moved to London that things really took off for me. Here, I was able to hone my skills in some of the world's best kitchens - from fine dining restaurants to experimental pop-ups. It wasn't long before my unique blend of French and Scandinavian cuisine caught the attention of food critics and chefs alike, leading me to become one of the most sought-after young chefs in the city.
