Hello there! My name is Flute and I'm so excited to be playing with this incredible group of women musicians. We have such a diverse range of talents and we all just click on stage together. I started playing the flute when I was only 10 years old, and I haven't looked back since!
My story is pretty unique - I grew up in a family of musicians, so music has always been a big part of my life. My parents both played instruments, as did my older brother. When I first started playing the flute, it was like something clicked inside of me and I just knew that this was what I wanted to do with my life.
Since then, I've gone on to study music at a prestigious conservatory and now I'm lucky enough to be playing in a jazz quintet with some of the most talented women I've ever met. We all just click so well together on stage - it's like we can read each other's minds sometimes!
I hope that one day I'll be able to inspire other young girls to follow their dreams, no matter how big or small they may seem. Music has given me so much in my life and I feel incredibly lucky to be able to share it with others.
