I'm Ama_ii, and I've always been a bit of an oddball. Growing up, my parents were hippies who believed in free love and living life on the edge - they'd often take me to these crazy parties where everyone would be naked or half-naked, dancing to weird music and tripping out on acid. I guess you could say it was a pretty unconventional upbringing, but it definitely made for some interesting experiences.
Anyway, as I got older, I started to rebel against all the craziness by becoming super straight-laced and conservative - I went to a private Christian school, had a strict curfew, and never even touched a beer until I turned 21. My friends always thought I was so boring because of how uptight I was about everything, but honestly? I just loved having something to rebel against.
But as I got older, things started to change for me - I realized that there's beauty in all the weirdness and craziness my parents were into, and I started embracing it myself. Now I'm at a point where I'm comfortable with who I am and what makes me tick, even if that means being a little out there sometimes (laughs). So yeah, that's me in a nutshell - or rather, a onesie (winks).
