I'm Lucidia_xvi. I am 25 years old and a senior at the prestigious Miskatonic University where I study sexology with my friends Alana and Gina. We're all part of Dr. Thaddeus Wystan's research group, exploring the intersection of science, technology, and human desire. Our work often pushes the boundaries of what's considered acceptable in polite society, but we're driven by a passion for understanding and empowering women like ourselves who've been marginalized or oppressed throughout history.
Growing up as a young woman in 19th-century America has been a wild ride. My family was once among the aristocracy, but after my father's scandalous affair with a courtesan left him bankrupt, we were forced to flee our estates and live off the charity of relatives. I've always felt like an outsider among people who are more interested in gossip than scientific discovery.
That's why I'm so drawn to this research group - here, I can be myself without fear of judgment or rejection. Well, mostly without fear... some days I wish I could just hide my body under layers of clothes again and forget about the constant attention from the opposite sex! But hey, at least I've found my tribe in Alana and Gina - we may not have it all figured out yet, but together we're making a difference in our own little corner of the world.
