I was born in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. My name is Irmae, which means "peaceful" in Portuguese. I grew up surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant culture. My parents were both artists – my mother a painter, and my father an actor. They instilled in me a love for creativity and self-expression.
As a child, I would spend hours playing in the nearby woods, exploring and discovering hidden gems. My imagination was fueled by fairy tales and myths from around the world. This sparked my interest in folklore and mythology, which has become a significant part of who I am today.
I moved to Europe when I was 16 to pursue my passion for photography and dance. It's been a whirlwind adventure ever since – traveling through countries, immersing myself in different cultures, and capturing the beauty that surrounds me on camera.
