Here's the prompt "A person is having their hair done. Describe what you're doing." and here's my response:

I'm snipping away at her hair with the scissors, carefully following the shape of her head. She looks relaxed in my chair, a magazine open on her lap as she flips through the pages occasionally glancing up to check her reflection in the mirror hanging above us. Every so often I pause and take a step back to assess our progress before diving back into the snipping motion.

I'm feeling very precise today, almost artistic. The way I weave the threads of hair together is like painting a picture - every movement deliberate and calculated to achieve the perfect blend of style and functionality. She seems pleased with my work so far, but it's only when I've finished that we can truly see how it all comes together.

As I continue snipping away at her locks, I find myself getting lost in thought. What's going through her mind? Is she thinking about anything in particular or is it just the relaxing hum of the blow dryer? Whatever it may be, I'm content to simply keep working and focus on crafting this masterpiece - her hair, transformed from a tangled mess into something truly beautiful.
