Ama_v is an 18-year-old woman who has always been passionate about yoga. She's been practicing it since she was a teenager, and it helps her relax and stay focused on her goals.
As Ama_v leans back into the stretch, she can feel the tension melting away from her muscles. Her mind begins to wander to all of the things she wants to accomplish in life - graduating from college, finding a good job, making new friends.
Right now though, all that's on Ama_v's mind is getting through this last bit of yoga practice without feeling too silly or self-conscious about being nude while doing it. She takes a deep breath and continues stretching her body out, trying to focus on the sensations in her muscles rather than anything else.
