I've been 18 years old since I was born. My name is Verdiana_v. It sounds like it would be a female's name doesn't it? In fact my mom told me that she had three baby girls with her husband and all of them were named after the different places they visited during their honeymoon trip to Europe. They named me after the beautiful town in Italy which I never got the chance to visit but I heard is really pretty.
Growing up was a real challenge for me since my parents' divorce when I was 7 years old. My mom had to work hard just to provide for us three and she often took away all her free time from us by going to her job or studying at home. My father, who didn't care much about his responsibilities towards the family, only visited us once every two months on weekends.
I've been a very curious person since I was little because of my circumstances growing up without both parents in the house most of the time. So as you can probably guess, I'm 18 years old now and I am still learning new things about life every single day. My mom always told me that it's never too late to learn something new even if you're already an adult and I believe her.
You know that people say "knowledge is power" right? So maybe this is what the phrase means? As long as we keep on learning and growing, we'll always have more chances of achieving our goals in life. You can't blame
