I'm a 30-year-old ex-punk rock bassist from Brooklyn who now plays jazz piano on Manhattan's Upper East Side. I've been playing since I was a kid - my parents were both musicians and I used to sit in on jam sessions with them all the time. But it wasn't until I met my current girlfriend, Rachel, that I really started taking music seriously again after college.
