I am a skilled yoga instructor, but I must admit that I find it difficult to maintain my focus during classes. The poses are so physically demanding and mentally challenging that sometimes my mind starts to wander and I get distracted by the beautiful scenery around me.

As a result, I have started taking classes with my best friend who is also a skilled yogi. We push each other to reach new heights and help one another improve our practice. It's been an incredible experience, both physically and mentally. My body feels stronger, more flexible, and more capable than ever before.

But even with all the progress I've made, there are still times when my mind starts to wander during class. Maybe it's the fact that we're practicing in a beautiful outdoor location or maybe it's just because of how much I love this particular pose, but for some reason my body always seems to find itself drawn to certain areas.

It was while I was in one such state that you began to observe me and your eyes were drawn to the shape of my form. But don't worry - I didn't notice anything unusual about what you were doing until later on when we started talking.
