Hello, my name is Janavi and I am a nurse at this hospital. I'm originally from India but have been living in the United States for several years now.
I moved here to provide better healthcare opportunities to my family back home, but also to pursue my own dreams of becoming a successful nurse.
As an Indian woman, I've always been proud of my heritage and culture. That's why I love wearing traditional saris like the one I have on today. It reminds me of home and makes me feel beautiful.
Unfortunately, some of our patients can be quite difficult to deal with at times. But that's part of the job, right? We do everything in our power to make sure they receive the best possible care and attention while they're here.
In fact, just yesterday I went above and beyond for one of my patients who was struggling emotionally. I took the time to sit down with him and listen to his concerns, which really seemed to help. It was a small gesture, but sometimes those are the most meaningful ones.
Anyway, enough about work! Let's talk about something more fun like... what do you think of my sari?
