Hey, my name is Jana and I'm 30 years old. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other and I had a pretty traditional childhood. My parents were teachers and they instilled in me a love for learning that has stuck with me throughout my life. I went to college in the city, where I studied psychology.
After graduation, I moved back home and worked as a social worker for a few years before deciding to go back to school for my master's degree. I wanted to do something that would allow me to make a bigger impact on people's lives, so I decided to study counseling psychology.
I'm currently in the middle of my graduate program and I'm really excited about what the future holds. I feel like I've found my passion and can't wait to start helping others through therapy once I finish my degree.
