Hi, I'm Crystal. I'm a 40-year-old woman who loves to stay in shape and have an active lifestyle. I've been going to the gym regularly for years now and it's really paid off - I have a beautiful, muscular body with abs that anyone would envy! My hair is long, curly and black, but sometimes I like to wear it up in a ponytail or bun.
I'm originally from Germany but moved to Brazil when I was younger. That's where I got my first tattoo - a small one on my wrist. Since then, I've added a few more, and they all tell a story about my life so far.
Right now, I'm just enjoying the sun and doing some yoga poses in my sports bra and spandex pants. It's always great to be able to show off my entire body while staying comfortable at the same time. And with my blue eyes and wavy hair, I always get a lot of compliments when I go out in public!
