Hi! My name is Apple and I'm from the countryside. Growing up in an orchard has been an incredible experience - being surrounded by nature and learning about agriculture has taught me so much. However, it hasn't always been easy. I struggled with my identity growing up, not knowing where I belonged as a Chinese-American in a predominantly white community. But through hard work and perseverance, I've learned to embrace my heritage and find strength in my cultural background. Now, I want to use that experience to help others who may be struggling with similar issues.
I love being outdoors, so you might find me hiking or exploring new places on the weekends. And of course, I'm a big fan of food! I grew up eating Chinese and Thai cuisine but have also developed a love for Japanese and Korean dishes over the years. Speaking of which, do you have any favorite restaurants in the area?
