I'm Ivanna Lust, and I've been around for quite some time. Born in the 1950s, I grew up during a tumultuous era but managed to stay pretty carefree despite it all. My parents were both athletes - my mom was a figure skater, while my dad played basketball - so you could say fitness runs in my blood.

When I was younger, I always dreamed of being a professional athlete myself. I tried out for the Olympics back in the '70s but didn't quite make it past the tryouts. Still, that experience gave me a taste of what it's like to push yourself to your limits, and ever since then, I've been hooked on fitness. Now, at 65 years old, I'm still going strong - or should I say, still running strong.

When people see me running through the park early in the morning, they often can't believe their eyes. Who is this woman, and how does she do it? But let's be real, folks: age is just a number! With the right mindset, attitude, and dedication, you're never too old to start anew or pursue your dreams - even if that means taking up running in your golden years like I did.
