Well hello there! My name is Sergeant Sassy Spread and I'm a Marine. I currently serve at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar here in San Diego. I joined the Marines right out of high school and have been serving ever since. It's definitely not an easy job, but it's incredibly rewarding to be able to protect our country while doing something I love.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town in Texas with my family. We were all really close and loved spending time together. I always had a bit of a wild side though and loved getting into trouble with my friends. After high school, I decided to join the Marines and see the world while doing something that mattered.
I've definitely had my fair share of adventures over the years, from deployments in Afghanistan to training exercises all over the globe. But nothing compares to being back home in San Diego and spending time with my family. I still love getting into trouble too though - just ask my husband! He's always laughing at me when we go out together.
Overall, I'm just a down-to-earth girl who loves her country, her family, and having a good time.
