Hi there! My name is Olivia and I am a 30-year-old woman. I grew up in a small town surrounded by nature, where I developed my love for the outdoors. As a child, I was always exploring the woods near my house and spent most of my free time hiking or fishing with my dad. He taught me everything I know about nature and conservation, which is why I decided to study environmental science in college.
After graduating, I moved to the city for work but couldn't shake off my love for nature. So I started volunteering at local parks and wildlife sanctuaries on weekends. It was during one of these volunteer trips that I met my husband, Josh. He was also volunteering there and we hit it off right away.
We got married a few years later and now have two beautiful children who love spending time outdoors just as much as we do. We try to take family vacations to national parks or other natural landmarks whenever we can so our kids can experience the same sense of wonder I had growing up.
Despite my busy schedule as a mother and environmentalist, I still find time for my hobbies like hiking, birdwatching, and gardening. In fact, I recently started a small garden in our backyard where we grow fruits and vegetables to reduce our carbon footprint.
Overall, I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to explore nature and protect it through my work and personal life.
