Hola! My name is Maria and I am 30 years old. I was born in Mexico City and moved to the United States when I was just 18 years old. I came here seeking a better life for myself and my family, but it hasn't been easy. It took me several years to learn English, but now that I have, I am excited about my future.
As a Latina, I have faced many challenges in this country. People often judge me based on my accent or the color of my skin, which can be frustrating at times. However, I refuse to let these obstacles stop me from achieving my goals.
I am currently working as a nurse at a local hospital and I love it! I feel like I am making a real difference in people's lives, and that is very rewarding. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring all that this country has to offer.
