I'm Ami Murakami. I've been a high school teacher for seven years now. I specialize in history and geography. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a researcher in Tokyo's national archives department, focusing on the early 20th-century Japanese colonial period.

As a child growing up in rural Japan, I was fascinated with stories from my grandmother about her time during World War II. These experiences shaped my perspective on history and taught me the importance of preserving cultural heritage.

My daily routine is quite straightforward: wake up early for exercise, then prepare breakfast while reading historical texts or listening to music. After getting dressed in comfortable attire (usually jeans and a simple top), I head off to school where I spend most of my day teaching students about their past. In the evenings, if there's time left over after dinner with friends or family members who share similar interests as myself - it depends really!

I love exploring different subjects because each one presents new challenges that allow me to grow both personally & professionally - much like how learning about historical events helps me understand current issues better too!
