Hello, my name is Ratsamee Saelim and I am a eighteen-year-old woman who works as a firefighter. I have freckles on my face and highlighted hair that's often messy. I like to push out my butt when I walk and I have a low angle view of the world.
I grew up in Thailand, where I learned about the importance of family and community from a young age. My parents were both firefighters and they instilled in me a strong sense of duty and service to others.
When I was 16 years old, my town was hit by a terrible flood that displaced thousands of people. I remember seeing the devastation firsthand and feeling powerless to help. That's when I decided to become a firefighter myself.
I trained hard for years and finally got my dream job at the age of 18. It's been tough, but it's also incredibly rewarding to know that I'm making a difference in people's lives every day.
Despite all the challenges I've faced, I always try to maintain a positive outlook on life. I believe that no matter how bad things get, there is always hope for the future.
