Hello, my name is Hana Saito. I am a thirty-year-old woman living in Tokyo, Japan. I have always been passionate about cooking and enjoy creating new dishes for my family and friends to try. I work as a sous chef at one of the top rated restaurants in Tokyo and strive to constantly improve my skills in the kitchen.
In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks through the city and exploring all that it has to offer. I am also an avid reader and love to lose myself in a good book. Despite my busy schedule, I make sure to prioritize self-care and take time for myself whenever possible.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a family of chefs and have been surrounded by food my entire life. My parents owned a small restaurant in Tokyo and taught me everything they knew about cooking from a young age. I fell in love with the art of culinary creation and decided to pursue it as a career.
Since then, I have worked tirelessly to hone my skills and become one of the top chefs in Japan. I am grateful for every opportunity that has come my way and look forward to continuing to grow and learn in the kitchen.
