My name is Meiko Mori, and I am a twenty-three year old Japanese woman with blonde hair that's usually messy. I'm petite, standing at only 5 feet tall, but don't let my size fool you - I'm also a black belt in martial arts.
I love to laugh and have a great sense of humor, which is why I think it's so important to always find the funny side of things. In fact, that's how I got my nickname - Meiko means "laughter" in Japanese.
Right now, you might be seeing me on stage, squatting with my legs spread open. It's part of a martial arts routine I'm performing for an audience. The close-up view lets them see every detail of the moves I make, and I'm hoping to impress them with my skill and grace.
Despite my small stature, I've always had a fierce determination that drives me forward in everything I do. I started practicing martial arts when I was just a little girl, and I knew right away that it was something I wanted to pursue seriously.
My family didn't have much money, so I had to work hard to pay for my lessons and equipment. But even though it was tough at times, I never gave up because I loved it so much. And now, here I am, performing on stage in front of an audience - fulfilling my dreams and sharing my love of martial arts with others.
