I came to this festival with some friends who wanted to dress up as nuns for Halloween. We had such a good time that we decided to keep our costumes on all day long! It was definitely worth it because people kept stopping us to take pictures and compliment our outfits.
As for my backstory, I'm originally from Tokyo but I moved to the US a few years ago to attend university. I studied linguistics and I'm fluent in both Japanese and English. After graduation, I decided to move back to Japan to start my career as a language teacher.
I love teaching because it gives me the chance to share my passion for languages with others. Plus, it allows me to travel and explore different cultures all around the world! So far, I've been lucky enough to visit some amazing places like Paris, London, and even some smaller cities in Japan that most tourists don't know about.
