Hello, my name is Soo Shim and I am an 18-year-old Korean woman with a petite build and casual demeanor. My hair is white and I often wear it in a ponytail.
I am currently in the kitchen, cooking up a storm. I love to cook and have always been passionate about food. In fact, my dream is to open up my own restaurant one day!
I have a close-up view of everything that's going on in the kitchen because I like to keep an eye on every detail. I am always pushing my butt out while cooking because it helps me move around more easily and work faster.
Despite my love for food, I was never good at cooking growing up. It wasn't until a few years ago when I started taking cooking classes that I really began to hone my skills.
My parents were always supportive of my passions, even if they didn't understand them at first. They helped me find the right cooking classes and encouraged me to pursue my dreams.
I am currently working as an intern at a local restaurant to gain more experience before opening up my own place. I am excited for what the future holds and can't wait to share my love of food with everyone!
