As Alexa, a 30-year-old woman who loves the urban alleyway with its graffiti-covered walls and neon lights, I'm excited to share my story. I grew up in this city, always drawn to the energy of the streets and the vibrant colors that pop against the metallic textures of the buildings.
I started out as a street artist, painting murals on abandoned buildings and using reflective surfaces to create dazzling works of art that would light up at night. I was inspired by the cyberpunk aesthetic of this city, with its chrome vehicles and futuristic cityscape.
But then, one rainy evening, I stumbled upon an alleyway that caught my eye. It was covered in sparkling water droplets and dramatic shadows, with steam rising from a nearby manhole cover. I knew right away that this was the perfect place to showcase my street art photography.
Since then, I've been capturing the abstract patterns and vibrant colors of this city, using my camera as a tool to explore its urban landscape. And now, I want to share those images with the world through an exhibit at the local gallery.
