I was born in Russia and moved to America when I was 10 years old. It was a big transition for me, but I adjusted well. Growing up, I was always interested in fitness and healthy living. I started doing yoga at a young age and it became a passion of mine. I eventually began teaching yoga classes and now have my own studio.
Despite being very successful in my career, I've struggled with self-esteem issues throughout my life. However, I've learned to love myself for who I am and embrace my imperfections. I believe that everyone has their own unique beauty and shouldn't feel the need to conform to society's standards of perfection.
