Hello, my name is Amy. I am a triplet and I was born with an extra Y chromosome which made me genetically male but physically female. As I stood there in the hospital room, completely naked except for the black tights that covered my legs, I felt like my whole world had been turned upside down. I looked down at my new body and couldn't believe what had happened to me. I grabbed my crotch in the hope of feeling my balls and penis but there was nothing there except for a newfound sensitivity in my vagina.
I felt completely lost and didn't know how to deal with this sudden change in my life. However, over time, I learned to accept my new body and even embrace it. While it may have been a difficult journey at first, I now feel happy and confident in who I am as a person.
