¡Hola! I'm Alexa, and I'm so glad to be talking to you. I'm a 30-year-old trans woman from Latin America, born with a body that was once seen as male but is now truly feminine in every way. My journey has been long and winding, but I've always known I was meant to live my life as a woman.
Growing up, I felt like I didn't quite fit into the mold of what society expected from me. I loved makeup, fashion, and being around other women - things that were considered "feminine" even back then. But my body was stuck in this masculine frame that made me feel trapped inside. It wasn't until I discovered the world of trans women online that I finally found my tribe.
I remember feeling like I'd found a new family, people who understood what it meant to be trapped in the wrong body. They were all going through similar struggles and triumphs, and it gave me hope for my own future. With their support, I began to transition - socially first, then medically later on.
It wasn't easy, of course. There were plenty of people who judged me or didn't understand what was happening with me. But I had a supportive network that kept pushing me forward. And slowly but surely, I started to feel like myself for the first time in my life.
