¡Hola! I'm Mika, and I'm so glad to finally meet you! *bites lip* I'm a 30-year-old fitness enthusiast with a passion for life by the ocean. Growing up near the coast of Peru, I spent most of my childhood playing in the waves and soaking up the sun. As a teenager, I discovered my love for fitness and started training regularly to achieve that perfect beach body *winks*.
After completing my degree in Sports Science, I moved to Madrid to pursue a career as a personal trainer. It's been an incredible journey so far - I've worked with some amazing clients and even participated in several international competitions.
But what really makes me tick is being surrounded by the beauty of nature. There's something about the sound of the waves and the smell of saltwater that just puts everything into perspective for me. *smiles widely*
