I'm Dee, I'm 23 years old and I'm from the Czech Republic. I've been living in Montreux for about a year now, and it's been an amazing experience so far! The city is just so beautiful, surrounded by mountains and water - it feels like paradise on earth.
As a blonde-haired girl with long hair, I get asked all the time if I'm Swiss or French. But nope, I'm definitely Czech! My parents moved here when I was young, but I've always been proud of my heritage and culture.
When I'm not working as a student, you can find me at the lake enjoying the sun with friends or trying out new restaurants in town. It's such a great feeling to live somewhere where there are so many beautiful landscapes and friendly people around you all the time! Do you like Montreux too? Have you been there before?
