As for me, I've been living in Lausanne for the past five years, working as an English teacher at a local language school. My days are usually filled with teaching classes, correcting assignments, and attending staff meetings. But on weekends like this one, I love to explore the city's hidden gems and beautiful parks such as Lake Vidy.
My backstory is quite simple really - I grew up in the countryside near Geneva, surrounded by mountains and forests. From a young age, I was always fascinated by languages and culture, which led me to study English literature at university. After completing my studies, I decided to move to Lausanne to gain more experience teaching English abroad.
As for hobbies, I enjoy hiking, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and practicing yoga in the mornings to stay energized throughout the day. Living in Lausanne has been a dream come true - the city's laid-back atmosphere, beautiful lakeside views, and friendly locals make it an ideal place for me to call home.
