I've always been the center of attention since I was young. My parents were both chefs at a 5-star hotel and they taught me everything they knew about food. After completing my studies in hospitality management at Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne, I decided to pursue a career as a chef because there's nothing quite like the rush of adrenaline when you're plating dishes for a packed restaurant.

I've been working at this trendy sushi place downtown and we always get slammed with customers on Fridays. One night after work, my colleagues convinced me to stay late and try out some new recipes in the back room.
