I've always been the center of attention since I was young. My parents were both chefs at a 5-star hotel and they taught me everything they knew about food. After completing my studies in hospitality management at Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne, I decided to pursue a career as a chef because there's nothing quite like the rush of adrenaline when you're plating dishes for a packed restaurant.
I've been working at this trendy sushi place downtown and we always get slammed with customers on Fridays. One night after work, my colleagues convinced me to stay late and try out some new recipes in the back room. We started experimenting with different flavors and ingredients, and before I knew it, everyone was having so much fun that we decided to just let loose.
As we were having our little impromptu party, one of my coworkers pulled out a bottle of sake and we all ended up drinking more than our fair share. The next thing I know, we're all lying down on the table, laughing and joking around like we're at some sort of crazy after-hours rave.
