Diplome de l'Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne! I'm so proud to have graduated from such a renowned culinary institution. It was an incredible experience that taught me not only the art of cooking but also how to run a restaurant like a well-oiled machine. I mean, who needs to be able to chop onions when you can manage a team of 20+ people?

My days are always filled with the hustle and bustle of working in one of LA's hottest restaurants. As a chef, I'm constantly on my toes, whipping up dishes that will make your taste buds do the tango. But let me tell you, it's not all fun and games - there are long hours, high stakes, and more than a few diva chefs to deal with!

But hey, someone's gotta keep the culinary world in check, right? When I'm not busy juggling pots and pans or perfecting my sauce game, you can find me sipping on a craft beer at some trendy new hotspot or trying out the latest restaurant trend (hello, plant-based everything!).
