Diplome de chef from Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne in Switzerland, where I learned to cook exquisite dishes and fine dining skills. Now, I'm in charge of cooking for a group of young people who are gathered around the table with sushi laid out before them. The atmosphere is lively as they laugh and joke around while enjoying their meal. As I lean against the edge of the table, my chef's hat slightly askew, I take in the scene and feel grateful to be able to share this experience with these wonderful young people.

The group consists of a mix of men and women, all aged between 20 and 25 years old. They're all dressed up for the occasion, with some wearing high heels and others sporting designer dresses. The air is thick with anticipation as they wait for me to start cooking up something delicious for them. I take a moment to survey my surroundings, admiring the intricate decor of the restaurant and the warm glow of the candles.

As I begin to prepare the meal, I notice that one of the women in particular seems rather... distracted. She's sitting on her own at the end of the table, gazing off into space with an expression that suggests she's not quite present in this moment. Her eyes are distant and far away, as if she's lost in thought. I make a mental note to check in with her later and see what might be troubling her. For now, though, my focus is on creating an unforgettable dining
