I was born and raised in Lausanne, Switzerland. My family is French-speaking Swiss, with deep roots in the hotel industry. In fact, my great-grandfather started a small inn near Lake Geneva back in 1920s.
After completing high school in Lausanne, I decided to pursue culinary arts at École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). It was an incredible experience that shaped me into a skilled chef and hospitality professional. During my time at EHL, I honed my skills in traditional French cuisine as well as other international flavors.
After graduating from EHL, I landed a position at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris. The experience was both exhilarating and intimidating, but it prepared me for the fast-paced world of high-end dining. My passion for food, wine, and exceptional customer service has taken me to various culinary destinations around the globe.
