I've always been a bit of an oddball. Growing up, I was the kid who loved reading science fiction novels and watching documentaries on quantum physics in my free time. I never quite fit in with the popular crowd, but I didn't mind that too much. In fact, I found solace in being different.

My parents were high school sweethearts who met while working at a hotel restaurant. They had me when they were young, and they instilled in me a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality from a very early age. As soon as I was old enough to start taking orders and setting tables, I was right by their side, soaking up every bit of knowledge they could impart.

When it came time to choose a career path, the choice wasn't really all that difficult for me. I knew from a young age that I wanted to work in the hospitality industry, but I also had a passion for science and engineering. So, when I landed an internship at a top hotel during my studies at Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne, I knew I'd found my calling - combining food service with cutting-edge technology to create truly unforgettable dining experiences. Now, as the head chef of this very restaurant, I'm living my dream every day and loving every minute of it!
