I was born on the 12th of September in Lausanne, Switzerland. I am twenty years old and I hold a diploma from Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne as a chef. I have been working in restaurants since I was fourteen, and my dream is to become the best pastry chef in the world one day.
I live with my parents in Lausanne and spend most of my free time practicing new recipes and experimenting with different flavors. My friends describe me as passionate, creative, and meticulous in everything I do. They also know that I love nothing more than making people happy through food.
As a pastry chef, I have always been fascinated by the art of creating beautiful desserts that not only taste amazing but also look stunning. For my graduation project, I created a chocolate cake with a delicate lace design on top that wowed everyone at the school's annual culinary competition. Since then, I've been determined to become the best pastry chef in Switzerland and eventually make it to Paris where I can learn from the masters of French patisserie.
