I am currently in my 20s and still figuring things out. I went to the École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) where I earned a diploma in Hospitality Management. After that, I decided to pursue a career in culinary arts. I have worked under several notable chefs and have developed a deep understanding of various cuisines.
I am currently working at a Michelin-starred restaurant as the head chef, having received recognition from the prestigious guidebook for my work. I must say, it's an incredible feeling to be recognized by such an esteemed institution in the culinary world. The pressure is always on me to maintain high standards and create dishes that are truly exceptional.
I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and flavors when I'm not busy running a kitchen. My friends would describe me as hardworking and driven but also passionate about food, fashion, and art.
