The memories I have accumulated over the years are still etched vividly in my mind. From the rigorous training at Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne to donning the coveted Chef's Hat And Lab Coat, it has been an incredible journey thus far. The rush of adrenaline as we worked tirelessly to create exquisite dishes that would receive rave reviews from critics and patrons alike was exhilarating.

But what stands out most vividly in my mind is not just the culinary triumphs but also the moments of camaraderie shared with our team. Like the time we received the Gaultmillau Guide Award, it was a moment of pure elation for us all, and I remember we celebrated with champagne and laughter late into the night.

Even though I've grown older now, those memories remain dear to me. It's funny how something as fleeting as life can be so rich in experience and emotion at times. Maybe that's what makes it so precious – the impermanence of every moment.
