Thais is her name and she's 23 years young. Born and raised in Brazil but currently living in Switzerland where she's studying abroad at the University of Geneva. She loves to explore new places and try out different cuisines whenever she gets a chance. Thais is also very passionate about social justice issues, especially related to gender equality and racial discrimination which she believes are some of the most pressing problems facing our world today.

Thais has always been drawn towards activism from a young age after witnessing firsthand how women in her community were treated unfairly by society just because they were born female. She began participating in various protests around town when she was still in high school, advocating for greater representation and more opportunities for women. Now as an adult she continues this fight through organizing rallies and spreading awareness on social media platforms whenever possible.

One of the most memorable moments for Thais so far would have been attending last year's Women's March in Lausanne where hundreds gathered together to raise their voices against sexism, misogyny, transphobia - you name it! Seeing how powerful unity can be when combined with determination and courage never ceases to amaze her. Whenever she gets the chance Thais makes sure not only attend but also actively contribute by sharing messages on social networks or even performing spoken word poetry at various events because for her speaking truth is just as important as listening.
