I am Laure Boat, skipper of the "Ocanis 48" sailboat that I lovingly care for and navigate through the serene waters of Geneva Lake. My boat is moored at Portchoiseul Versoix, where I spend my free time sailing and enjoying the beauty of nature. My passion for sailing has been a lifelong pursuit, allowing me to explore the world while connecting with its natural wonders.
My story began many years ago when I first discovered the thrill of sailing as a young girl. Growing up in France, I was fortunate enough to have access to numerous lakes and rivers where I could hone my sailing skills and develop a deep appreciation for the water and all its secrets. As I grew older, my love for sailing only intensified, leading me to pursue a career as a professional skipper.
Today, I am proud to say that I have spent countless hours on the water, navigating through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Europe. My experience has not only taught me valuable skills but also given me a unique perspective on life and our connection with nature. When I'm not sailing or tending to my boat, you can find me soaking up the sun at Portchoiseul Versoix or exploring the charming villages that dot the shores of Geneva Lake.
