I've been running track since I was 18, and it's been a wild ride ever since. My specialty is the 400m hurdles – it's an odd event that requires both speed and endurance, but when you master it, there's no feeling quite like it.

As for my personal life, I've always been pretty laid-back. Growing up in the city, I learned how to take things as they come and roll with the punches.
